REFUND POLICY
WE CARE ABOUT GETTING YOU OUTDOORS
We guarantee everything we make at PÜRTREK to give you confidence outdoors. That's why we offer an EPIC warranty on our products, the PURTREK Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your poles when you receive them, or if they do not perform to your expectations, return it to us for a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of purchase (must have proof of purchase). Under normal wear and tear should your PÜRTREK pole have a manufacturing or workmanship issue, PÜRTREK will repair or replace within 1 year of the date of purchase (shipping costs not included).

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN OR REPAIR :
1. Claim it - Please send by mail or email titled "PURTREK RETURN (or) REPAIR REQUEST". Must have the receipt within 1 year your name, purchase date, return address, phone number, email, and a brief description of why you are returning your poles. If this is a repair, tell us what happened to the poles so we can learn from your experience in the field. If you don't have a receipt contact us at info@purtrek.com with info so we can search. If the purchase was from a retail store please provide all information.
2. Return shipping label - Once we finish the repair and/or replacement we will contact you for return shipping payment (shipping costs estimates range from $10-15 for domestic and $30-40 for international).
